Deadline
You can register your team online until May 31, 2023.
If you want to register after this date or modify your booking send us an e-mail to info@handball-days.de.
Registration fee and deposit
The registration fee for the first four teams is €120.00 per team. From the fifth team onwards it is €100.00 per team and from the tenth team onwards it is €90.00 per team, 60 € per Mini team.
The deposit for accommodation is 150 € for up to 10 teams and 300 € for 11 or more teams.
The registration fee and deposit have to be transferred to our account by May 31, 2023. Teams registering after the deadline are needed to transfer the registration fee and deposit immediately.
Cancellations of registrations after the deadline are charged with 100 % of the registration fee.
Our Packages
Package Gold
Friday - Sunday
Accommodation in classrooms and gyms. Classrooms can't be locked individually. You will be given a key to the main entrance of the school or gym. The main entrance has to be locked every time you leave the building.
You need to bring your own mattress and sleeping bag. Meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure are included. The Gold package includes a tournament T-shirt. It is required that you send us the T-shirt sizes before May 31, 2023. Otherwise we can't guarantee the desired sizes will be available.

Package Silver
Friday - Sunday

Package Bronze
Friday - SundayThis package doesn't include board and lodging. Teams from around Luebeck or those who stay somewhere else, please book one of the following packages per person (players, coaches, participants): 6 € (Bronze) or 16 € (Bronze plus), including tournament T-shirt. It is required that you send us the T-shirt sizes before May 31, 2023. Otherwise we can't guarantee the desired sizes will be available. From now on, e.g. teams from around Luebeck have to book the Bronze package per person (players, trainers, coaches). This covers the expenses for the shuttle service and framework program, e.g. the nation-tournament.

Additional service:
An additional night's stay (e.g. from Thursday to Friday) in the Gold package, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, costs 38 € per person.
An additional night's stay (e.g. from Thursday to Friday) in the Silver package, including breakfast, dinner, costs 33 € per person.
Teams booking the Gold or Silver package or staying at a hostel will be informed about the address of the accommodation when they register in the tournament village. Due to the possibility of short term changes we can't tell you any sooner.
Payment of fees for booked packages
The fees have to be transferred to the following account or payed cash at the registration on Friday. We don't offer card payment.

Highlights Handball-Days
Like in the past years a Nations Cup of Youth-A National Teams will be played in parallel to the "Luebecker Handballtage" Tournament (plus Füchse Berlin, runner-up).
The Handball-Days are a great spectacle : more than 5000 Teenagers from 380 Teams and 12 different Nations play to win at the second largest Handball Tournament of the world.
In our Fun Area close to the Stadion all age groups will find many things of variety during free periods.
